Vice President of Program Services

The Oklahoma United Methodist Circle of Care is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Vice President of Program Services.  The position will be responsible for the oversight and direction for Circle of Care’s programs across Oklahoma.  The prospective candidate must be an individual who can inspire and motivate people to action.  A leader who is committed to growth, challenges and is innovative when looking at programs.  A person who embodies integrity, character and will exemplify the core values and beliefs of Circle of Care.  A leader of leaders who is able to develop and coach both individuals and a team in reaching their maximum potential.  Candidates must also have a proven track record of leading children and family service programs that are both performance-driven and outcome-based.

Education: Minimum of a master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Business Administration, or other related area of study from an accredited institution.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience supervising and directing within a child and family services related non-profit, state agency, or for profit, demonstrating increased duties and responsibilities.

Full-time position with benefits. Must have good driving record, pass a thorough background check, pre-employment physical and drug test.
