Transitional Living Director (Tulsa)

Under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Program Services, and in keeping with the Mission Statement, the Circle of Care (CoC) Policies and Procedures, and administrative accountability.  The position is responsible for providing overall leadership, support, and supervision of all Frances E. Willard (FEW) staff to include Support Specialist, Family Specialist, Family Specialist Assistant, clients in care, and facilities. Works closely with all staff to guide and direct their skills and abilities to successfully meet their employment responsibilities. Provides program supervision and monitoring of our transitional living program to assist mothers with children from abused or deprived backgrounds who are homeless or face the loss of custody of their dependent children due to the danger of homelessness.

The Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age

Education: Master’s Degree and experience in Social Services field

3-5 years of previous supervision within the human services field preferred (1-2 years required)

Pass a thorough background reference verification procedure, which includes a physical and criminal history check as required by Oklahoma DHS.

Possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Become familiar with all of Circle of Care programs and facilities
