Maintenance (Tulsa)

Under the direct supervision of the Campus Administrator, and in keeping with the Mission Statement,
the Circle of Care (CoC) Policies and Procedures, and administrative accountability, maintenance
provides general maintenance support to staff. Maintain all buildings, grounds, vehicles, farm
equipment, plumbing, appliances, heating and air conditioning equipment.

Essential Duties:

●Provide maintenance support to the site staff including repair and upkeep of all buildings,
vehicles, plumbing, appliances, heat and air conditioning equipment, and farm equipment
● Act as the liaison between the site and outside technicians for repairs of any to all equipment,
vehicles, buildings, appliances, plumbing and heating and air conditioning equipment
● Service all motors, appliances, furnaces, and air conditioning that experience and skill permits
● Maintain a service record and conduct service checks on all vehicles and farm equipment
● Ensure all equipment is safely stored and properly inventoried; purchase supplies as needed

●Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Minimum Qualifications:

●Must be at least 21 years of age
● Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED with two years of experience
● Pass a thorough background check (including fingerprinting), Department of Transportation
check, pre­employment physical, and drug test as required by Department of Human
Services
● Possess a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and a good driving record
