Circle of Care Expands Foster Parent Recruiting Efforts Statewide

Lifeline_14winterCircle of Care is partnering with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services and other nonprofit agencies in a renewed effort to recruit hundreds of new foster parents across the state. Th e ultimate goal is to open enough new foster homes in Oklahoma so that the county youth shelters can be closed, and all children in need have a safe home. As Don Batson mentioned in his column on the facing page, the need for foster care is great throughout the state, and Circle of Care can provide training and staff assistance in areas where we are able to recruit 12-15 families.
