The Frances E. Willard Ministry Center (FEW) has served numerous roles in its long history with Circle of Care.

Currently, FEW serves as the ministry site for Pearl’s Hope, Child SHARE, and Preparation for Adult Living in Tulsa.

Tulsa’s Child SHARE staff maintain an office at the site and, in addition, a co-op is housed there as well.  The co-op is stocked and maintained thanks to the generosity of donors and volunteers.
