HOUSING STABILIZATION
We're here to support those at risk of homelessness and housing instability.
Facing a housing crisis should not result in homelessness. Our Housing Stabilization program serves those facing uncertain futures by providing assistance and resources to secure safe, stable housing for those who are at-risk.

About The Program
This effort is in conjunction with Community Cares Partners (CCP), a program of Communities Foundation of Oklahoma. The CCP seeks to make a difference for Oklahomans by assisting individuals and families facing housing crisis and eviction as a result of lost wages or hardship from COVID-19.

On Thursday, September 1, 2022, the Community Cares Partners application will be permanently closed and the program will no longer accept new applications for rent assistance. New applications may still be submitted between now and August 31 at 11:59 pm CST.
With over 30,000 applications currently in process and more anticipated this month, CCP is projecting that the need for rent help will meet or exceed the amount of funding left. CCP will continue to focus on efficiently processing applications and distributing the remaining funds to eligible households.
