Director of Pearl’s Hope Transitional Living Program

The Director of Pearl’s Hope will take the lead in creating a campus focused approach to providing help, healing, and hope to the surrounding community and those served through our Pearl’s Hope transitional living program. This individual will be part of the visioning, planning and implementation of new opportunities that not only bring about stability and reunification to single mom’s, but also meets the local communities needs and stabilizes family units throughout the surrounding North and West Tulsa areas. This individual will be someone who not only agrees with the mission and core values of Circle of Care, but is able to model them and inspire others to follow and be a part of the culture we are committed to at Circle of Care.


● Work with staff to guide and direct their skills and abilities to successfully meet their responsibilities and help them meet their full potential

● Oversee the development and implementation of the Pearl’s Hope Transitional Living Program

● Establish and maintain connections and initiate cooperative agreements with women’s ministries of other agencies and organizations.

● Be the community liaison for Pearl’s Hope and prevention focused programs at Tulsa location

● Provide administrative supervision for the overall site.

● Assessment and intake of applicant families, implementation of individual skills development curriculum for families focusing on strengths and needs in a Family Systems modality

● Oversees staff training and development as needed

● Be available to staff for individual concerns that may arise

● Be the point of contact in case of emergencies after hours (8 pm-8 am).

● An active member of the Circle of Care Leadership Team

● Assist with the Council On Accreditation (COA) standards and the implementation of our Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process

● Work closely with local foundations, donors, churches, and other area supporters

● Develop various funding streams for programs located at Tulsa location

● Regularly review administrative issues with staff, to include budgets, staff professionalism, program requirements, and policies and procedures

● Work with the Vice President of Program Services to develop and maintain appropriate program budgets; provide necessary updates to evaluate the on-going budget status

● Ensure that all staff understand and comply with the Circle of Care policies and procedures

● Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, commendations, and reprimands

● Communicate with the Vice President of Program Services regarding client and program needs to ensure the success and safety of the clients and program

● Oversee regular inspections of facilities and client living quarters to ensure safety and cleanliness

● Ability to work effectively as part of a leadership team for the best interests of the clients, their families, and CoC staff

● Serve as a role model for staff and clients by exhibiting expected skills and behavior

● Conduct team meetings with staff on a bi-monthly basis

● Raise public awareness of Circle of Care through speaking engagements at churches and other faith-based and social functions locally, regionally, and/or statewide.

● Be available for and share weekend on-call duties with other team members; on-call may require time on campus to ensure tenants are able to attend weekend church activities

● Travel regionally and statewide

● Perform other duties as assigned

● Capable of lifting heavy objects of up to 35 pounds and walking up stairs

● Desire to work in a social service setting

● Become familiar with all of Circle of Care programs and facilities

● Committed to the mission of the Circle of Care


● Must be at least 21 years of age

● Education: Master’s Degree and experience in the Social Services field preferred. Bachelor’s degree and 3 years serving in community focused programs and/or children and family focused programs required.

● 3 years of previous supervisory experience required, experience supervising in the social services field preferred.

● Pass a thorough background check (including fingerprinting), Department of Transportation check, pre-employment physical, drug test as required by Department of Human Services

● Possess a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and a good driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $42,000.00 per year plus 100% company paid health benefits.
