The Holsinger Home provides care for children who have been removed from their home due to problems such as physical or sexual abuse, drug and alcohol abuse, and family problems. The coordinators of the home are licensed by the state of Oklahoma, Department of Human Services (DHS) as foster parents for children in DHS custody.
Holsinger Home is a premier facility that provides foster care in a residential setting for sibling groups and handicapped children ages 0 to 17. Located in Enid, the home is named in honor of Mrs. Juanita Holsinger and her late husband, Galen. Mr. and Mrs. Holsinger had a vision to build a home for needy children.
