Jesus said that whoever welcomes a little child in his name, welcomes not him but the one who sent him. Our primary role is to fulfill this commandment to love, nurture, and support children in need. We believe the children we work with have tremendous promise and potential. That is why we think of our kids as “at-promise” as opposed to “at-risk.” Each cottage supporting kids in foster care is supervised by a Foster Parent who lives there full-time. We call these cottages “campus Christian homes.” We have three homes dedicated to foster care through the Department of Human Services. And one home dedicated to private foster care. This setup allows the agency to respond both to the needs of the local church and the wider community.
Three additional cottages are used for students participating in Preparation for Adult Living. Currently, we have students attending school at Northeastern State University, Bacone College, and Vo-tech.
