The United Methodist Boys Ranch, Gore, Oklahoma, is one of two Campus-based Foster Care sites operated by the Oklahoma United Methodist Circle of Care. The United Methodist Church’s Campus Foster Care program provides a stable home where children and youth can remain safe and healthy. Our certified or licensed Foster Care parents provide stability, safety, and security at our private homes on the Children’s Home and Boys’ Ranch campuses. The support services are provided to the family to facilitate reunification with the child if possible.
This working ranch contains seven cottages and provides homes to children in crisis through Campus Christian Homes and Preparation for Adult Living.
Campus Christian Homes is the name we give our foster care program on campus. We have four homes dedicated to foster care through the Department of Human Services. And one home dedicated to private foster care. This setup allows the agency to respond both to the needs of the local church and the wider community.
Two cottages are used for students participating in Preparation for Adult Living.
Be sure to check out the annual rodeo which is held in October!

Nestled in the woods by Lake Tenkiller on the Boy’s Ranch campus is a lodge. There are two sleeping areas with twin bunk beds, a men’s and women’s restroom, and a fully functioning kitchen. This is a perfect setting for your next youth group retreat or mission trip!
